SihaLabs is an early-stage healthcare software project based in Morocco. For privacy or legal inquiries, contact hello@sihalabs.com.

The public website is hosted on Vercel. Loading its pages and files involves technical request information, such as the requested address, IP address, and browser information, which the hosting infrastructure processes to deliver the website.

Error reporting and performance monitoring are configured through Sentry to help investigate technical failures. Diagnostic reports can include request details, errors, and information about the browser or server environment. Session replay is disabled.

When you email us, we receive your email address and the information you choose to include. We use it to respond to your inquiry, discuss pilot access, or help with a support request.

Please do not send passwords, staff PINs, patient details, or identifiable pharmacy records in a general inquiry or support email.

SihaRx is separate from the public marketing website. Its account and pharmacy features handle account details and operational records entered during use. This includes sales, stock, deliveries, customer credit, and recorded staff activity.

Pilot access is currently arranged through contact/waitlist. Contact us to discuss the handling of pharmacy data and the applicable pilot arrangements before sharing it.

You do not need a SihaRx account to browse the public website. The SihaRx application uses cookies and browser storage for sign-in, active staff terminal sessions, and language preferences. It also stores application workflow state in the browser, including cart and session information.

Browser settings let you inspect, block, or remove cookies and stored data. Removing application storage can clear saved preferences or interrupt a session.
